Eddy-Lynn's Shrimp Farm 

The 2010 harvest welcomed some changes around the ole' shrimp farm.  A brand new building for shrimp sales and food preparation made everything go a lot smoother!  We welcomed some new vendors and hope they make the trip back for our 2011 harvest.  Each year is a learning experience for us and we are pleased to say that some of the changes we made in the care of the shrimp blessed us with a plentiful harvest!
